Thank you for your interest in working with me! Please note that JOSE ARMIN PHOTO is a company consisting of myself and my highly trained professional photographers. In cases where I am unavailable to do the shoot, please be assured that my trusted and skilled photographers will assume my role and take care of your shoot.

What is the studio address?

What is included when I book a studio photo shoot?

Aside from use of studio, you can use any of the 2 make-up stations as prep area. As of the props, you can use any of the 26 colored backdrops, any of the 20 chairs (except throne chairs), and any of the 4 couches.

Do I need to come dressed already for the photo shoot?

Yes, you do.

Do I need to wear makeup?

Yes, you do.

Do you have an in-house makeup artist?

Yes, we do. Right now, we are charging the introductory price of $100 for the professional makeup.

What time do I need to show up?

10 minutes before your scheduled photo shoot.

Can I show up an hour early to prep?

Yes, you can. You have to pay an additional $35 (Mon-Thur) or $60 (Fri-Sun).

What happens if I’m running late?

Please let me know if you’ll be late. Note that you are only allowed to use the time slot you paid for. For example, if you booked a 3pm-4pm photo shoot and you were 20 minutes late, you’ll only have 40 minutes left for your session.

How many outfits can I change into in 1 hour?

2 outfits.

Can I bring extra people to the photo shoot?

Yes, you can bring up to 5 people with you to the studio. For parties with 6 or more people, a charge of $10 per person will be imposed.

Can I bring my dog or cat to the photo shoot?

Yes, as long as they are trained. You will be held responsible for any damages your pet will cause.

What are the props for rent and for purchase?

Throne chairs, fake cakes, and champagne bottles are for rent for $10 per item. As for the confetti, you can buy them in my studio.

Can I bring my own balloons and/or confetti?

Yes, you can. I highly recommend you bring your own especially if you're going for a specific theme.

Can I bring my own props?

Yes, it is highly recommended. The more props, the better.

Do you take photos outside of the studio?

Yes. Please send an inquiry using the BOOKING FORM with all the shoot information so I can give you a proper quote on the price.

Do you do events?

Yes, I do. Please send an inquiry using the BOOKING FORM with all the shoot information so I can give you a proper quote on the price.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY

What if I have to reschedule my session?

Rescheduling is not a problem as long as the new schedule you want is available. Also note that your original rates might change depending on your new shoot date. Please inform us at least 7 days (1 week) before your scheduled photo shoot so you won’t be charged a $75 reschedule fee.

What happens if I have to cancel my session?

Let us know of the cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled photo shoot as a consideration so we can re-open the slot.

REFUND POLICY

If I cancel or cannot make it to my scheduled shoot, can I refund the deposit?

No, the deposit is non-refundable.

If I am not satisfied with the shoot, can I ask for refund?

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Before your shoot takes place, we make sure to communicate with you on the look, theme, or vibe you are going for so we will know how to proceed with the shoot. On our end, we ensure all our equipment are in great working condition in order for the shoot to go smoothly. Please note that under no circumstances will we refund the shoot that has been taken.

EDITING POLICY

How many unedited photos will I get per 1 hour session?

Per 1 hour session, you will get 100 unedited photos 48 hours after the shoot. The link to the photos will be sent to your email and you’ll need to download them as soon as possible.

What happens if I failed to download my photos or if I lost them?

We can resend all your unedited photos for $100. Please note that we only keep the copies of your photos for ONE MONTH starting from the day of your shoot.

How many edited photos will I get per 1 hour session?

You will get 10 high-end professionally retouched photos 5 business days after you send the selections that you picked from the unedited set.

Can I do a rush order on the edited photos?

Yes, you can. Just pay $50 so we can deliver the edited photos in 48 hours.

What do you edit on the raw photos?

We only edit the exposure, color, texture of skin, and imperfections on the backdrop such as wrinkles, stains, and tears.

Can you re-edit a photo?

Yes, we can, for a fee. It will be $10 per photo.

How much will extra edits cost?

$5 per photo.

Can you do composite editing?

Yes, we can, for $50 per photo.

How do I inform you which photos I want edited?

From the set of the raw photos you’ll get, check the file name associated with each photo and submit those to me. You can either text me or direct message me the file names of the photos you have chosen.

How will I receive the edited images?

Through an app called We Transfer. I will send you the link to view and download the photos. Please download the photos immediately as the link expires.

How long will it take to receive my edited photos?

Your proofs (100 unedited photos) will be sent within 48 hours after the shoot. The edits will be sent 5 business days after you send back your selections.
